Use of tools

FileFlow provides browser-based file utilities for convenience. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process each file and for checking the output before using or sharing it.

No guarantee of acceptance

Technical checks do not guarantee that an employer, school, government authority, bank, insurer or other receiving organisation will accept a file. Their rules may change or include checks FileFlow cannot perform.

Keep originals

Some conversions and compression methods may change quality, metadata, formatting or embedded content. Keep an original copy and inspect the output.

Availability

Tools are provided as-is and may change, become unavailable or have browser/device limitations. Very large files may exceed available memory.

Prohibited use

Do not use FileFlow to process unlawful content, infringe others' rights or interfere with the service.
